Oil quality check:

Regularly check the quality of transformer oil, including color, odor and transparency.
Check the oil for moisture, impurities or air bubbles, which may be a sign of deteriorating insulation properties.
Oil samples are analyzed regularly to evaluate insulation performance and detect potential failures.

Temperature check:

Detect the temperature of the transformer, especially the oil temperature and winding temperature.
Monitors whether the temperature exceeds a set safety range to prevent damage caused by overheating.

Insulation performance testing:

Regularly conduct partial discharge tests to evaluate whether the insulation performance is normal.
Check the insulators and bushings for signs of damage or aging.
Check the insulation of the windings and connecting parts to ensure they are functioning properly.

Protective device inspection:

Check the working status of the protection device, including differential protection, overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, etc.
Check that protective devices are connected and set correctly to ensure they can respond to faults in a timely manner.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Clean the transformer housing and cooler regularly to ensure good heat dissipation.
Check that vents and air ducts around the transformer are clear and unobstructed.
Check the oil level and oil pressure regularly, and replace aged or contaminated oil in a timely manner.

Maintenance personnel should conduct regular inspections and maintenance work according to the above list, and record inspection results and maintenance measures.
