400kw marine generator

Diesel generators are a commonly used backup power supply equipment, especially suitable for scenarios where the site cannot be connected to the power grid or requires long-term power supply. Its working principle is to convert diesel fuel combustion into mechanical energy, and then convert it into electrical energy to supply electrical equipment.

marine generator

First, the diesel generator generates high-pressure gas by burning diesel. This process occurs in the cylinder of the engine. When the piston in the combustion chamber moves down, the oil-gas mixture is compressed, and after ignition, it burns to produce high-temperature and high-pressure gas.

Secondly, the high-pressure gas pushes the piston up, thereby driving the crankshaft to rotate. The rotation of the crankshaft transmits mechanical energy to the generator rotor, generating current through the principle of electromagnetic induction. In this way, the mechanical energy generated by the diesel engine is converted into electrical energy.

Finally, the controller monitors the current, voltage, frequency and other parameters in the system to adjust the operation of the diesel generator. When the output current of the generator is unstable, the controller will automatically start the adjustment system to ensure stable output of electrical energy.

In general, the diesel generator working principle is to generate mechanical energy by burning diesel, and then convert the mechanical energy into electrical energy through the generator. Its advantages such as high flexibility, high output power and stable operation make it widely used in many fields, such as construction sites, remote villages, emergency scenarios, etc. If you want to know more detailed information about diesel generators, please feel free to leave us a message online for more information!!
