1. The miner’s lamp is portable, consisting of a lamp head, cable and battery (including lithium manganate battery, miner’s lamp protector and battery slot, etc.), and the lamp head can be fixed on the mining safety helmet.
2. The output end of the lithium-ion battery is equipped with a miner’s lamp protector, which has the functions of overcharge protection, overdischarge protection and short circuit protection.
3. Using the lamp head charging method, just insert the charging plug of the lamp head into the charging plug of the charging stand, and rotate 180 degrees clockwise to automatically charge.

Led Mining Cap Light Features
1. LED light source, high luminous efficiency, long service life, no need to replace the light source within the service life of the miner’s lamp.
2. There is a charging management circuit inside the miner’s lamp head, which can be charged on a voltage-stabilized miner’s lamp charging stand, without the need to modify the existing charging stand.
3. Lithium manganate battery is used, the battery is fully sealed structure, no leakage at night, the battery does not need to be maintained during the service life of the miner’s lamp, and the safety performance is good.
4. A reusable miner’s lamp protector is used, which has the functions of over-charging, over-discharging and short-circuit protection. When the miner’s lamp is short-circuited, the circuit can be quickly cut off to avoid accidents.

How To Use The Mining Cap Lamp
When in use, lightly press the power switch on the lamp head to turn on the main and auxiliary light sources or turn off the light sources;
Using the main light source of the miner’s lamp can light the lamp for more than 16 hours;
If the scheduled working time is exceeded, please switch to the auxiliary light source in time to maintain a longer lighting time;
The miner’s lamp is equipped with an over-discharge control circuit, under normal use conditions, the battery will not cause over-discharge;
When the battery discharges to the cut-off voltage, the over-discharge control circuit starts and turns off the lighting source;
This mining cap lamp is equipped with an automatic lamp turning function. When the mining cap lamp is automatically switched from the main lamp to the auxiliary lamp, the auxiliary lamp can be kept on for about 20 minutes, and then it will automatically turn off the lamp. The user must use it according to the requirements.
