3. Reasonable design of air inlet and outlet.
The power part of the generator set belongs to the internal combustion engine. If the ratio of the near-exhaust air volume is unbalanced, it will affect the normal operation of the generator set, which will lead to a high water temperature of the generator set, and the power cannot meet the rated requirements, etc. If the unit works under high-temperature conditions for a long time, it will affect the life of the unit.
Compact Diesel Generators Use Precautions:
1. AC ammeter on the generator: Check whether the needle indication is normal, switch the current switch, and measure the phase current value between each phase sequence. The difference between each phase sequence should not exceed 10%.
2. Diesel generator AC voltmeter: whether the voltage indicated by the needle is normal.
3. Whether the oil pressure indicated by the oil pressure gauge is within the normal range.
4. Charging meter: whether the pointer is in the (+) direction.
5. Whether the water temperature indicated by the water temperature gauge is within the normal range of 65°C ~ 93°C.
6. Tachometer: Whether the engine revolution is appropriate. (1800 rpm at 60Hz)
7. Is there any abnormal sound or vibration of the generator engine?
