Before booting
1. When adding engine oil to the diesel engine, the specified type of diesel engine oil must be selected
2. High-quality and qualified diesel oil must be used. Generally, No. 0 diesel oil is used in summer and No. 10 diesel oil is used in winter.
3. Check whether the diesel engine oil reaches the standard position, whether the water tank is filled with antifreeze or water, and whether the air in the diesel pipe is exhausted.
Running
1. After the diesel engine is started, it should run at idle speed for 3-5 minutes, and then increase to the rated speed, and do not make it run at high speed suddenly.
2. When the diesel generator set is in the working state (higher temperature), it is forbidden to open the water tank cover to avoid burns.
3. It is forbidden to start the unit after removing the protective net of the generator set to prevent the components from being involved in the machine.
4. Observe the water temperature and oil pressure at any time during the operation of the unit. If the water temperature is higher than 100°C or the oil pressure is lower than 0.1, the unit should be stopped.
Downtime
1. Slow down the speed when stopping, and stop after 3-5 minutes at idle speed.
2. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0 degrees, the water in the water tank, diesel engine body, and oil cooler should be drained. pay attention
3. The generator air switch (circuit breaker) must be in the disconnected state before starting up and stopping. It is strictly forbidden to carry the load
In the state, start and stop.
4. It is strictly forbidden to run the diesel engine for too long under no-load conditions (no more than 15 minutes)
