When we use a diesel generator set if the fuel of the diesel generator is not fully burned. Not only will it cause excessive wear and tear on the diesel engine, but it will also cause air pollution to our living environment. So we have to find a way to increase the fuel rate to reduce the consumption of the machine and prolong the service time of the diesel generator.
A common method is to add water to the fuel, that is, add some water to the diesel when it burns.
There are two methods, one is to spray water in the intake pipe, and the other is to properly add water to the diesel and “mix it with water”.
Water is sprayed in the intake manifold to reduce high combustion temperatures and dilute the fuel. Because a small amount of water is added to the fuel, the fuel oil droplets become smaller due to the micro-explosion of water during the combustion process. Combustion was performed again for the second time so that complete combustion was obtained.

Secondly, it is to directly add water to diesel oil, that is, to emulsify diesel oil. When diesel fuel burns, the water is superheated. Water vapor is formed, which combines with fuel to form a micro-explosion. Make the fuel burn fully. It can also reduce the fuel temperature and reduce the production of polluting gas. The purpose of doing this is mainly to promote the complete combustion of diesel oil. If the fuel is discharged without full combustion, it will increase the emission of polluting gases, which is not only bad for diesel generators but also bad for our environment.
